Annette Dahl
Managing Director, Senior Consultant and Intercultural Trainer, China Country Specialist, MA in Chinese, Culture and Communication, Process Consultant

Annette founded C3 Consulting in 2006 and is now responsible for the daily operations of the organization. Besides holding an MA in Chinese, Culture and Communication, Annette is also a qualified process consultant and has completed The Leadership and Coaching Group’s EQ/SQ management training course.

Annette is an expert on China, where she has studied, lived and worked for numerous periods of time since she visited the country for the first time back in 1995. Annette has extensive experience in cross-cultural training and consulting. She has provided cultural training workshops to a large number of businesses and institutions – e.g. Grundfos, Siemens, Coloplast, J. Lauritzen, The Danish Embassy in Beijing, just to mention a few –  and has prepared more than 100 managers and families for their future life as expats.

Annette has gained wide recognition for her ability to transform research into practical cultural training and she has been appointed to several recruitment panels of educational programmes focusing on culture, communication, and globalization. 

Besides functioning as managing director of C3 Consulting, Annette works with Chinese cultural training, Danish cultural training, cultural awareness training, relocation to China, expat coaching, cross-cultural teambuilding, and global leadership development.

Anne Katrine Skovenborg
Communication Manager and Intercultural Consultant, MA in Chinese and History, Exam.art. in Anthropology, Process Consultant    

Anne Katrine holds an MA in Chinese and History and an Exam.art. in Anthropology, and she is also a qualified process consultant. She has solid international experience and has, among others, lived, studied and worked in Japan and China.

Anne Katrine has many years of experience with intercultural communication and has e.g. functioned as speaker and instructor within both Danish and Chinese language and culture. Furthermore, she has served for a number of years as international coordinator in the education industry, focusing on web, international marketing, recruitment and counseling of international students in Denmark.

Anne Katrine works with research, marketing, communication, HR, and organizational development. She also functions as facilitator of country-specific cultural workshops.

Lena Hørlyk Petersen
Country Manager China, Senior Intercultural Trainer, Certified NLP Coach Practitioner 

Having worked for 20 years in Denmark with concept development, product development, marketing, and project management, Lena moved to China in 2008. After studying Chinese language and culture for some months, she worked for 2½ years with Vestas China as Communications Manager. Later, she has worked as a strategic communications and organizational development advisor for newly established as well as existing companies in China. 

Lena has several years of professional hands-on experience with intercultural communication, cross-cultural teams and project management in global organizations, and she has, among others, developed and executed training courses and workshops for Chinese managers and staff. 

Being C3 Consulting’s Country Manager for China, Lena is responsible for the operation and development of our China activities. Besides, she works as intercultural trainer with cultural awareness courses, global leadership development, cross-cultural teambuilding, intercultural coaching, and Danish cultural training.

Inge Aagaard
Senior Consultant and Intercultural Trainer, China Country Specialist, MA in Chinese and Intercultural Communication  

Inge holds an MA in Chinese and Intercultural Communication, has since 1997 lived in and visited China many times, and has as a former publishing editor edited several books on China. Inge has for more than 10 years provided counseling and training on intercultural communication, Chinese business culture, CSR in China, and other China-related topics to various businesses and educational institutions – e.g. Haldor Topsøe, Danfoss, and Copenhagen University College of Engineering.

Inge is an ICC Certified Coach and has extensive experience with coaching, competency development, and transition management and support.

Inge works with Chinese cultural training, Danish cultural training, cultural awareness training, relocation to China, expat coaching, and courses on CSR in China. She also functions as facilitator of country-specific cultural workshops.

Lene Møller Andersen
Intercultural Trainer

Mette Sigvardt Kjaer
Intercultural Trainer, MSc in International Marketing and Management

Mette is MSc in International Marketing and Management, has worked a number of years with international market analysis and marketing, and has furthermore functioned as a Commercial Publicity & Trade Officer for UK Trade & Investment at the British Embassy in Copenhagen. 

Mette has extensive experience with life as an expat; she has previously worked for shorter periods in Uganda, England and France, and since 2005 she has lived out of Denmark with her family – first for 3,5 years in Australia, and since 2009 in Shanghai. 

Mette is C3 Consulting’s representative in Shanghai, where she works with network activities and relocation courses for Danish families.

Line Mark Rugholt
Intercultural Consultant and Trainer, India Country Specialist, MA in Indian Studies, Process Consultant

Line specializes in Indian-Danish business culture and since the year 2000, she has worked, lived, and done research many times in different parts of India.

From 2007 she has run her own consultancy business, providing intercultural training and advice to a large number of Danish and international companies. Since October 2010, Line has been living with her family in New Delhi.

At C3 Consulting, Line works with Indian cultural training and courses for Danish employees and families who are relocating to India.

Terry Dunne
Intercultural Consultant and Trainer, USA Country Specialist, MA from Indiana University  

Terry is born and raised in the U.S. and has since then lived and worked for extended periods in France, Taiwan and Denmark. Trough more than 20 years, he has worked with global business development, marketing management and sales management, including positions as Area Manager for LEGO Overseas and General Manager for LEGO’s subsidiary in Taiwan.

Furthermore, Terry has several years of experience in developing and facilitating workshops and other learning processes, and has among others from his time at LEGO Learning Institute developed an expertise in play, learning and creativity.

Since 2004 Terry has been an independent consultant within copywriting, marketing and business development, where he cooperates with a wide-ranging network of clients and business partners both in Denmark, England and the US.

At C3 Consulting, Terry works with American cultural training and courses for Danish employees and families who are relocating to the U.S.

Dorthe Serles
Intercultural Consultant and Trainer, Brazil Country Specialist, MSc in International Business

Dorthe lost her heart to Brazil back in 1995 and has lived in the country for 3 years, working as an export consultant at the Danish Consulate General in São Paulo.

Since the year 2000, she has focused on Danish-Brazilian business relations and has for several years worked as a lecturer and researcher at the Department of Business Studies, Aalborg University. Today she is running a consultancy company that supports business development between Denmark and Brazil.

At C3 Consulting, Dorthe works with Brazilian cultural training and courses for Danish employees and families who are relocating to Brazil.

Bente Kjems Dyring 
Intercultural Consultant and Trainer, Country Specialist on Singapore and China, MA in Chinese, Process Consultant

Bente is an experienced facilitator and lecturer. She has been working with global HR for 10 years, focusing on the development of global teams and organizations.

Bente has previously lived in Singapore for 3.5 years, where she served as Regional HR Manager covering Southeast Asia for a large Danish company. Today, Bente is a self employed consultant and, among others, specializes in leadership development in Asia. She has obtained certifications in a number of development tools, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Jungian Type Index.

At C3 Consulting, Bente works with cross-cultural teambuilding and cultural training focusing on Singapore and China.

Dániel Gergely Szabó
Intercultural Consultant and Trainer, Hungary Country Specialist, MA in European Studies, MSc in European Business and Law

Dániel was born and grew up in Hungary, where he studied law and political sciences in Budapest. After graduating in 2005, he worked as a lawyer trainee at Holczer, Jákó & Boross Solicitors in Budapest where he, among others, managed client relations and relations to the relevant authorities.

In 2006, Dániel decided to move to Denmark to continue his studies at Aarhus University, where he earned an MA in European Studies in 2008 and an MSc in European Business and Law in 2010. Currently he works as a PhD researcher at Aarhus School of Business, Aarhus University, focusing on CSR reporting in Europe.

At C3 Consulting, Dániel works with Hungarian cultural training.

Binbin Gong
Language Consultant, MA in Language Testing, Programme Evaluation, and Applied Linguistics, BA in English Language and Literature

Binbin comes from the central Chinese town of Wuhan, has spent four years studying in the UK and now lives in Denmark. She has extensive teaching experience and has, for example, taught Chinese students in HRM and business English, and Danish students in Chinese language and culture.

At C3 Consulting, Binbin works as a translator, interpreter and as a Chinese language instructor.

Jing Sundahl
Language Consultant, BA in Business English, AP Degree in Business Economics, Management and Collaboration

Jing was born and grew up in Beijing and now lives in Denmark. She has extensive business experience from positions held in numerous Chinese and Danish companies, e.g. Baodai Biodesign Co. Ltd., Danfoss and Baxx of Scandinavia. Jing is also a very experienced interpreter, translator and Chinese language instructor.

At C3 Consulting, Jing works as a translator, interpreter and a Chinese language instructor.
