Increased knowledge share at Danfoss

C3 Consulting has been Danfoss’ permanent supplier of Chinese cultural training since 2006. The course participants' own case stories play an important role during the course. They make the training directly applicable and ensure knowledge sharing about China across the organization.

A common understanding in LEGO's China-related work

At LEGO, 24 employees, from designers to engineers and department managers, followed 18 lessons of cultural training. The training provided a common understanding and helped the employees advance their collaboration with China.

Vestas-team quickly established in China

Over the last three years C3 Consulting has solved a wide range of tasks for Vestas' different business units. When Vestas Technology developed a new wind turbine, we carried out a teambuilding process with the new technology team. This ensured that the cross-cultural team was quickly established in China.
