Who is this course for? 

‘Your Cultural GPS’ is designed for professionals working with colleagues, clients, partners, or vendors from different cultural backgrounds. It’s ideal for those who value cultural awareness but have limited time for traditional group workshops. 

Where does the course take place?  

Our course is housed on Ruzuku, a professional platform for learning and community.  

How long will it take to go through the course?

‘Your Cultural GPS’ is self-paced, with five modules taking about 3–3.5 hours in total. We recommend setting aside time regularly to stay focused and on track. 

The 5 easy steps to purchase and register as an individual user

1. Click "Enroll Now" once and again on the next page.

1. Register your personal profile by entering your e-mail address, a code of your own choice and your name. Click "Continue". 

1. Now you pay using your preferred credit card. You receive an e-mail confirmation for your purchase. 

1. You complete your profile and click "Save" and jump to the course. 

How do I purchase the course for my team or department?

Can I access the course from any online tool?  

Your Cultural GPS is a 100% online course. This means that you can participate in the course from your workplace, from your home office, during a business trip, or wherever in the world you are. You can log in from your PC, Mac, tablet, and phone. 

What if I forget how to access my course?  

No problem. You find the course you have purchased using this link.

Are there any restrictions on my access? 

No. You can access all the online material 24 hours a day. You can watch the learning videos and work the course activities at your own pace, exactly when it suits you. Moreover, you can watch all the videos as many times as you need. 

Can I share the link with my colleagues?  

No, the link you receive is connected to your personal user account (you register with your name and email). Other users cannot access using your link but have to set up their own user account to start the course. 

How long do I have access? 

You’ll have 12 months of full access to revisit and reinforce your learning. Extend your access beyond the initial year for just 50% of the original price. 

Is there a certificate upon completion? 

Yes! Completing the course grants you a certificate that shows you have been trained to use the 4R Cultural model and 4R Country Profiles.

Is this course useful for domestic cultural differences as well?  

Yes! The 4R Model also helps in understanding cultural differences within the same country, such as workplace diversity. 

How much – or how little – global experience do I need to participate? 

There are no requirements. If you’ve just started collaborating with global colleagues or partners, then ‘Your Cultural GPS’ will give you a good foundation. If you have many years of experience working globally, then you’ll get a new framework and tools to help you work even more effectively.  

Can the course be customized for my company’s needs? 

Yes! Options include live Q&A sessions, coaching on specific cultures, tailored discussion prompts, and follow-up workshops. Reach out to kontakt@c3consulting.dk and we can start tailoring what you need. 

I primarily work with colleagues from two specific countries. Will I learn about those specific cultures during the course? 

‘Your Cultural GPS’ is not designed to focus on a specific country or culture. However, as the course’s challenges are based on your work context, there are plenty of opportunities to learn about the cultures that you most frequently interact with. On top of that, you’ll gain tools that can be used in all tasks where you work cross-culturally, rather than just in collaboration with a single culture.

What language is used in the course? 

All videos and course material are in English. However, if you have a group of employees who prefer to add crafted solutions to the course in Danish or another language, please contact us at kontakt@c3consulting.dk. Examples of crafted solutions can be embedded live Q&A sessions with an Intercultural Consultant, added individual coaching on a specific national culture, tailored and embedded discussion prompts, or elevating the course learning in a short virtual or in-person follow-up workshop.
