Since 2010, C3 Consulting has provided intercultural training for various management and employee groups at NORDEN. This includes:

For several years, NORDEN has chosen to include the development of a global mindset in NORDEN’s internal Trainee Programme.

To reach this goal, C3 Consulting has conducted a one-day workshop for each new team of trainees.

The tailored workshops have focused on providing NORDEN's trainees with:

• an increased awareness and understanding of their own culture and other cultures
• a more global mindset
• strengthened cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills
• tools to build good working relationships globally
