Since 2009, C3 Consulting has solved a wide range of tasks for NNE Pharmaplan’s different business units.
In Denmark, we’ve conducted workshops on Chinese culture for HR, IT, Finance, and other supporting staff.

Moreover, we provide Danish cultural training for international employees who are going to work in Denmark for a shorter or longer period of time.

"With the target of preparing leaders and employees at NNE Pharmaplan to get the best out of doing business with the Chinese, including optimizing the communication and cooperation with Chinese colleagues and clients, NNE Pharmaplan China from year 2009 reached a service agreement with C3 Consulting ApS for culture training services.
Annette Dahl has been acting as the trainer for both Danish culture and Chinese culture.
The training is run in a very structured and professional way. Before the training, preparations are made via participants’ interviews; during the training, case study, exercises, discussions and shared reflections are implemented to ensure all participants are actively involved which leads to high commitment and motivation.
After the training, a summarized advice is sent to all participants as their daily communication guideline.
A follow up workshop is organized several months after the training so to further the learning process.
From Nov. 2009 till June 2010, around 50 employees from NNE Pharmaplan (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. have received the training. The training has been a good learning process to all of them."
