We've Trained our Trainers
In late August, we gathered the growing group of C3 trainers for an inspiring day of learning from each other.
It was a great pleasure for us to gather 21 of C3's trainers, coaches, employees, and interns for a C3 learning day at the beautiful Hindsgavl Castle in the middle of Denmark.
The diverse group of C3 trainers brought with them skills and experience from a variety of training fields, including:
- Global leadership training
- Relocation training for kids and teens
- Training in distance management and virtual collaboration
- Intercultural executive coaching
- Country-specific cultural training focusing on, for instance, France, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Hungary, the U.S., India, Japan, Korea, China, The Philippines, East and West Africa, Russia, and Latin America
The goals of the learning day were to train our trainers in the C3 approach and cultural models, to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking – and to have a lot of fun! Judging from the participants’ feedback, these goals were fully reached.
