Meet Our New France Country Specialist, Frédéric Bernard

We're happy to welcome our new France Country Specialist, Frédéric Bernard!

As a country specialist, Frédéric combines his in-depth knowledge of French and Danish cultures with decades of international experience from Danish-based healthcare companies.

Frédéric grew up in France and holds a PhD in Physics from Claude Bernard University in Lyon and an MBA from the CBS-SIMI Executive programme.

He has 20+ years’ experience from the Danish healthcare industry in management positions with an international interface and in functions that cover virtually the entire value chain – from R&D to sales, production, marketing and quality.

In his professional work, Frédéric has regularly experienced how cultural differences have negatively affected Danish-French collaboration. Often without the parties involved acknowledging that cultural differences were to blame for the problems.

Frédéric now runs his own company where he builds a bridge between French and Danish business cultures.

He advises on how to get set up in France, optimizes cooperation between Danish and French business partners and coaches managers and employees before they’re posted to France.
